What we collect. When you sign up, we collect your email address, business name, city, and industry. When you connect your phone, we process call metadata (caller number, time, duration) and SMS messages to provide our text-back service.
How we use it. Your data is used solely to operate NightShift: detecting missed calls, sending automated texts, and providing analytics. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Third-party services. We use Twilio for phone and SMS, Stripe for payments, and SendGrid for email. Each processes data under their own privacy policies.
Data retention. We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@nightshiftbooking.com.
Security. All data is transmitted over TLS. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
