Service. NightShift Booking provides automated missed-call text-back services for businesses. By signing up, you agree to these terms.

Subscription. NightShift is billed monthly at $499/month after a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate business information, comply with applicable telemarketing and SMS regulations (TCPA, CASL), and use the service only for legitimate business communications.

Acceptable use. You may not use NightShift for spam, unsolicited marketing, illegal activities, or any purpose that violates applicable law.

Limitation of liability. NightShift is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed calls, failed text deliveries, or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months.

Changes. We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada.
